Surviving Natural Disasters With Our Pets

There seems to be another weather-related emergency virtually every day now. From fires to droughts to hurricanes, it seems it never ends and is probably going to get worse. When we watch news clips and see people abandoning their homes with their dogs clutched in their arms, most of us think, “What would I do?” 

Ah, the philosophy of the Solipsistic dog can be debated for hours, as Solipsistic followers are ever-so prone to do. It is one of those "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin" type mindsets.

As a business owner, I get a LOT of requests for guest blog posts. As I rule I don't do them for lots of reasons, but this one caught me eye. Maria, from Roto-Rooter, emailed and shared some info on their Pet Rescue program and I was all in!
