AHHH, THE 70S The Doberman Gang, starring six Dobies trained to yep, rob banks,  graced the silver screen in 1973. Believe it or not there was not just one, but TWO sequels…The Daring Dobermans in 1974 and The Amazing Dobermans in 1976. Of course, the dogs were named Bonnie, Clyde, Dillinger, Pretty Boy Floyd, Baby Face Nelson, and Ma Barker.

According to IMDB.com, The Doberman Gang was the first movie to show the now expected blurb of “No animals were harmed …” by American Humane Society.
