Do You Ever Have Sales or Coupons
Not really. Coupons bug me as I never remember to use them and then see one after I have paid and am annoyed. We don't want you to have FEAR OF MISSING OUT ON COUPON phobia. We prefer to offer fair pricing all-year and not get in a coupon cycle. “Value Added” promos with extra bonuses are more our style.
We DO offer monthly promos via the newsletter. Sometimes they are a Gift with Purchase or GWP as the cool sellers say. Sometimes they are a low bundled price for a timely item. Sign-up for the newsletter and we swear we won't flood your inbox with stuff. “Like” us on our Facebook page and watch for specials there also.
What Is Your Return Policy?
It's simple. We want you to be happy, no...make that ECSTATIC with whatever you get from us. We want you posting on Facebook, Instagramming away, Tik Toking, and telling strangers on the street about your dog's nose, paws, and elbows looking great.
IF, heaven forbid, you are unhappy, contact us first. Let’s figure out what it will take to make you happy and take it from there. We get mini panic attacks just thinking about anyone being unhappy with our products. Give us the chance to regain your confidence and business. Also, if you do buy our products from one of the biggies (Amazon or Chewy) and aren't happy, please let us know first. Heaven forbid we don't want whoever took Jeff Bezos' place mad at us.
