CAVEATWe are in a rural area in far northern Minnesota and sometimes the weather gets the best of us and roads, etc are closed. 🥶 We also do not have Sat/Sun pickup from any courier in this area.
Our all-natural products need a tiny bit of extra care during extreme weather.
HOT WEATHER: If over 85 F, pop entire package into refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Melting and re-solidifying does not harm product at all. As needed, we include a free freezer pack with Priority Mail orders.
COLD WEATHER:Allow product to come to room temperature before using. Pop in pocket, but no microwaving!
Your product came from far, FAR northern Minnesota, so it will leave here hockey puck cold/frozen from November-April.
• Your order is packed in a bubble envelope or box and sent First Class USPS, FedEx 2-Day, UPS or Priority Mail
• For larger weight orders (shampoo gallons, etc.) we ship best rate via UPS, FedEX Ground or USPS
• Your order is shipped FAST with 24-48 hours of receipt Monday-Friday
Once your order is out of our hands it is LITERALLY out of our hands. We have zero control over what the carrier does after they have your package
Where Is My Tracking Info?
• Your tracking info is sent via email or text when your package is picked up by the carrier
• Check email and spam folder if you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of purchase (excluding holidays, weekends)

First, please know we value your business and can only imagine how frustrating it must be dealing with multiple post offices just to buy a small item. We wish it were better.
International Shipping Costs
Here is a general guideline/rough idea for international shipping costs;
• 2 oz -8 oz $13.75
• 8oz -2 lb $23.00
• Priority Mail Medium Box $35.00
You are responsible for duties, tariffs & fees.
International customers – Tracking Information usually stops in Chicago, IL
We follow the letter of the law on all Customs Declarations. Your order is stamped DOG GROOMING and FYI, the Harmonization Code is 3305900000.
The buyer/recipient (You) are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
We have no control over these charges, of course. If you are concerned about possible charges please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service.
For the last couple of years the postal services seem to be drowning. We get it and I don't want to go all Karen on them, so we'll keep doing all we can to get you your purchases in a somewhat timely manner.

Route is a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route maps and shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The app is optional, but highly recommended. Download here.
We understand not everyone wants yet another app. You will still receive your regular tracking info from The Blissful Dog and still get the insurance!

Visit https://claims.route.com/ to submit and resolve claims. Use the tracking number from your email to check the status of your order with the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) at any time.
Tracking Says Package DeliveredPackage Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."
When Tracking Doesn't Help
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

All the carriers are taking longer than usual for the last couple of years.
• If the tracking info says package was delivered and you don’t have it, don’t despair, we have options
• Sometimes postal carriers scan or mark packages as delivered, but you may not get it for another 2-3 days. Annoying, I agree.
• Print out tracking info saying your package was delivered and leave it in mailbox with a note telling your carrier you did not receive the package and ask what you should do next (this works more often than you might think). Ask them to be your postal hero! No printer? Leave a note.
•Check with others in your household who may have it
• Check with neighbors, especially if packages have been mis-delivered before
• Sadly, we do not have access to any more tracking info than the same tracking number you get. We wish we did. 😢
• If no luck with any of these steps THEN contact ROUTE
Bliss Tip!The ONLY access we have to your address is what we are sent. We never type it ourselves, it is all computer to computer (maybe not reassuring). That said, sometimes PayPal, Etsy will use an old address, double check your order.
