Here is our science lesson for the day...staining on our dogs faces is caused by excess tears and air. The tears run down their faces and the protein in the tears oxides with the oxygen. Licking their feet, drooling, gnawing any part of their body creates this problem. Of course, this shows up much worse on white/light colored dogs.

The only way to 100% get rid of tear stains is to bleach the hair or cut it off. Bleach that close to eyes is a hard NO. But, we have options!

• Saturate a washcloth or paper towel with Blissfully Fresh™ Face Wash
• Wipe dog's face clean
• Avoid actual eyes, while product won't harm eyes, it may sting
• Tip! Drop mineral oil in eyes if desired
• For ear fringes, spray directly on their ears and rub with washcloth or towel.
• Gently towel/blot dry
• Apply Boo Boo Butter to soothe and protect any irritated area
• Use as often as needed to keep your dog kissably clean
