I recently had a bad experience opening this product. Blissful dog quickly replaced with a new upgraded tin. Their concern was truly appreciated. I received my replacement today and immediately put it on my dogs calluses. Blissful dog is AWESOME!!!

I love that! We're the BALM alright! I am just like you in that I just want stuff to work! To do what it says it will do! The bare minimum is to be able to open the container! We had been working with our supplier for a while on this issue. You know the drill, promises are made, but no solution. So, we switched to a different, more responsive supplier.

Thank YOU for taking the time to let us know you had an issue. If you hadn't we may have tested them here and not known we still had some problems. Thank you again! Give your sweet dog an extra treat for being so patient!

If I can only open it

It's closed like FT Knox. I need to use it and cannot open it. I've tried a screwdriver, vice grips and nothing. Can you package this better. Give me a hint to open it, or please replace it. It's a wonderful product if you can open the tin.

We are so, so sorry you've had trouble with one of our tins. We have been fighting an ongoing battle with all of the various tin manufacturers we have used on this very issue. We even double-check to be sure no one tightened a tin too much. Everyone who touches the tins is a middle-aged woman. I promise we do not have strapping Minnesota farm boys tightening the tins.

What we have determined is that very now and then, due to temperatures or even air pressure changes, there can be some expansion of the product that ends in making it hard to open. We don't want to switch to plastic or glass, but we are aware of this and working on it! We're popping a slightly loosened tin in the mail today Let us know how that works!

Once again, our apologies for the frustration. At 68, after 30+ years of being glued to my Mac, I keep scissors and a box cutter everywhere I may need to get into something. Unfortunately, neither works on tins! But, I do so feel your frustration.

Worked great!

My golden retriever lays on the fireplace…it’s cement…we noticed both elbows with no hair and areas reddened and kind of scaly…we used your product and within days his elbows were healed!! He still lays on the fireplace but I have put a carpet there so gentle on his elbows! Thanks for such a great product!

Purchased this product for our 2yr old black Labrador. He had a large callus on one of his elbows. Within 4 weeks this product has reduced the callus and even shows some hair growth. Love the Elbow butter as it’s all natural ingredients and easy to use.

Very Happy With Results

This is our second order of elbow butter for our 11 year old yellow lab Barbie. The had bad elbow callouses. No hair. Red and cracked and bleeding sometimes. Twice daily applications helped the cracking and bleeding almost right away. Then, as time went by, the hair grew back. We experimented with a maintenance routine and have settled on once a day treatments. We couldn't be happier!
