Xolo History Tidbit: The Xolo is considered an ancient breed. The Aztecs named the breed after their God of lightning and death, Xolotl. “Xolotl” combined with the word for dog “itzcuintli” to form the name Xoloitzcuintli (pronounced ‘Show-low-eet-squint-lee’). HEAR IT HERE. They were often buried with their masters, as it was believed the loyal dogs helped the soul navigate the underworld.
Many Xolos suffer from dry nose issues, from a little dry to flakier, crusty dryness. Nose Butter works on all levels of dog nose dryness...naturally.
Nose Butter® is basically a super-duper moisturizer with a variety of ingredients that revitalize your dog’s nose with layers of hydrating moisture. Many of our Xolo clients use Nose Butter or Boo Boo Butter for their dog's nose to tail care.
