The Malamute is one cool dog. They have sauntered from the North Pole to the South, with one even being the VERY FIRST dog to touch the South Pole (benefit of being the lead dog), been written about in novels worldwide and have fought back from the brink of extinction. All while looking good and being chill.
But all of these stellar achievements do not make your Mal immune to the occasional fearful moment. Like many dogs, Malamute's can be terrified of thunder, fireworks or even being left alone for too long. Don't judge - many people have irrational fears of spiders, snakes, clowns, public speaking or flying!
