How fast will my order ship? I want my stuff!
I am FAST. In 1-2 working days your order will be on its way to you and your dog. Not including holidays or the rare event of a blizzard or zombie apocalypse (happens, not that often). If I need to touch base with you concerning your order, there may be “back and forth” time added to this estimate.
All orders are shipped First Class via USPS, both within the US and Internationally, unless you have selected the Priority Mail option.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge the exact postal charges based on the weight of the item, packaging and the destination. Visit the USPS for more. Shipping rates from the USA to other countries dramatically increased on January 27, 2013. To my international clients customers, I feel your pain, but it is what it is.
How can I pay you for my cool stuff?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, send us a check or money order and cash, cold hard cash. Shop here online, via my ETSY Shop or call me to place your order.

Do you ever have specials or coupons?
Yes, we do. Sign up for our newsletter to get specials, coupons and such and I promise, you will not be bombarded with newsletters! Please “Like” us on our Facebook page and watch for coupons. I gotta say it – Coupon codes MUST be entered correctly at checkout. You should see the discount BEFORE payment confirmation.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy and ecstatic with your The Blissful Dog stuff, so if you are not let us know. I really prefer to handle anything along those lines on a case-by-case basis rather than have a hard and fast “Policy.” Unhappy? Let’s figure out what it will take to make you happy and take it from there. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. If you purchased our products from a store or raffle etc. you will need to return it through them.
How is my privacy protected?
We never, ever, EVER share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology provided by PayPal. If you sign up for our newsletter it goes straight to MailChimp and they don’t monkey around – bad pun, I know. I promise, your email address is never, ever shared with anyone. Thank You for Making Nose Butter! My pups nose was all chapped and icky, after 2 days of using the nose butter it is a thousand times better. The tube that it comes in make application so much easier. She also has super dry ears and I rubbed some on the inside of her ear, and they are no longer dry and itchy.

LOVE IT!!! I ordered the nose butter for my boxers nose. She, like most boxers, has a nose where the skin doesn’t shed off, just gets all dry and icky. But this was sooo easy and wonderful!!! Her nose looks awesome!! Thank you for making such a great product!!!!

I received the “Hug” spray and love it!!! And……I’m so happy that you put the extra Patchouli in it! When my girls get way too rowdy, I just grab the “Hug” and spritz it into the air! They all look and THEN….they start to smell the air! Their little noses just sniff, sniff, sniffing and next thing I know they are just lying around behaving themselves and sometimes sleeping! I love the smell and the bottle that it comes in! Also, I was given a gift for my foster Frenchie. OMG!!!!! I rescued my male boxer 6 years ago, who was about 3 at the time. When I got him, he had a large crusted area across the top of his nose. Of course, over the years, the area slowly grew & no matter what I tried, nothing touched it. Every 6 months or so, I’d go online to try to find something else that might work. When I came across your site, just last week, I thought, what the heck, let’s try this. Even though you claimed 3 days to a normal nose, I thought that it would probably be a week or so for his, due to the fact that he has had this issue for well over 6 years. I wish I had taken before & after pictures, seriously. After the 1st 24 hours the difference was incredible & sure enough at 3 days, his nose is 98% better. Your nose butter is fantastic. I have two young Frenchies 6 months and 11 months. The 11 month old has had dry nose off and on for a while. It has been very difficult to find a product that works and doesn’t have a strong fragrance. We received our first order from you about a week ago and love it.
