Here is the affirmation I recommend for showing dogs…”Insert Name, watch me.” or “Insert name, focus.” Pick a word or phrase that is comfortable for you to say and use it every single time you use the spray and eventually you will receive the response you want without the spray. Kinda like clicker training, but smells better. I would also recommend that you use the spray once at the beginning of every single training or showing session. That will set a pattern!
