NEW! RELAX Roll-On Aromatherapy

I am so excited about this new item…RELAX Aromatherapy Roll-On. I have used on myself and my dogs extensively and am thrilled with te results. My new puppy, GIO, rolls over for me to apply it to his tummy.

RELAX is perfect for anytime your dog (or you) are stressed, upset, a little frazzled or rattled. It can even be used for the GOOD stress…you know how some dogs get really “geared up” when they are going for a ride or to a show. This can take the edge off and allow them (and you) to enjoy the event without a hyper dog. I have used it on our Great Pyrenees, ZOE, during hunting season…she is terrified of gunshots (a good thing. DUH), but she freaks and runs and hides in the basement under furnace parts. I follow her and rub the oils on her belly and within moments I feel her tension relax and she just feels less panicked.

I do recommend you take a deep breath and allow yourself to ground, center and BE in the moment. This will greatly increase the benefit of the oils and allow them to flow into your system and your dog’s system. For those of you who show dogs, you know full well how your own jittery nerves will telegraph right down the lead and translate into a nervous dog. The same thing can work in reverse, if you can breathe and allow yourself to relax those tense muscles you will start the healing for your dog (yep, and for you).

Steve and I are HUGE believers in the benefits of essential oils. I will share a cute story…one day I walked up on Steve chatting intently with a group of his buddies. I heard Steve telling them to rub a little lavender on their hands and under their nose and that they would then sleep like babies. I had to smile, if you would have seen this group of outdoorsmen all geared up and ready to go fishing, you would never, EVER, have dreamed they were talking LAVENDER!
